Extremely Disappointed – Beware of Their Financing Practices
My experience with this Chevrolet dealership has been deeply frustrating and disappointing. From the start, the financing process was misleading and lacking transparency. We were charged for extra insurances and coverage that were never properly explained or fully disclosed to us. When we discovered the overcharges and requested a refund, our concerns were repeatedly ignored.

They couldn't get my va discount. Some how they didn't know how to do it. Said my dd214 wasn't good enough. He'll the dd214 tells everything about a vet. I dint think they wanted to give me the discount.i bought one from them but never again.

On Wednesday afternoon I called Parks looking for information on a truck they had listed on their web page. I spoke with a lady, gave her all of my contact information and the stock # of the vehicle I was looking for. Although she said she was in internet sales she needed to have a salesman contact me. 24 hours later, no callback so I call a second time, same situation with the information, that call was placed at 1:09 pm and as of 9:30 pm still no callback. The experience that they give is terrible once the vehicle leaves the lot. They don’t follow up, will tell you you should spend more money when you call them out on an issue and all they’ll do is press you for a 5 star rating before you leave. One of the worst purchasing experiences and dealt with people who don’t take ownership for anything. Wish I would have spent my money someone else

The cost to install a $100 part was $500 and that has to be totally obscene. Plus got text or calls from 4 different contacts at dealership. One call was even asking me if I needed to reschedule my appt when my truck was sitting in the service area at the dealership. Plus after waiting 2+ hours, I had to go and ask for a status vs someone coming to me.
Everyone was very helpful and accommodating! I highly recommend this location for auto service needs!

Tech was able to work me in earlier than scheduled . My service took less then an hour. My overall schedule time was 4 days opposed to the 3 weeks that I have been experiencing at my current dealership for LOF and tire rotation. I will be scheduling an appointment this week fo some warranty work.

I received a recall notice for my Chevy Tahoe. I have been to service center 2 times and have yet to get service scheduled. Not a good experience.
